Hi, the spreadsheet I have designed is to hopefully make your selling experience on eBay a lot easier when it comes to keeping track of all your fees! Everything is calculated correctly as shown in the pictures. Easily keep track of what is important by items, for the whole month, & the whole year! All fee’s are guaranteed to be 100% correct! Don’t be fooled by other spreadsheet that display the wrong calculations! Keep track of your sales an easy and correct way using my spreadsheet & I promise you will not be disappointed!

User will only input data in the light gold colored columns!
All light grey colored columns will calculate the data for you!
The spreadsheet will even calculate fee’s by quantity of items! (I’ve used other spreadsheets that don’t update the fee’s if the item quantity is more than 1)

If you own a Ebay Store, you can adjust the Ebay Final Value Fee from 3.5-9.15%
Ebay final sale fee per item. (Automatically calculated for you)
Paypal fee per item. (automatically calculated)
MTD (Month-to-Date) shipping cost, profit, eBay, & invested totals are automatically calculated!

Please be aware of the following before purchasing:
The spreadsheets does calculate all the fees for you monthly & yearly but
slight manual
entry is required from the user. With that being said, it is best recommended for independent eBay sellers that sell anywhere from 200 or less items monthly. Also, the inventory spreadsheet is not linked to the monthly spreadsheets. It serves more as a reference to be able to quickly check your inventory & requires manual entry. Last but not least, please make sure you have the required software
(Microsoft Excel 2007 or higher on Windows or MAC!)
