Skidding & Packing:
Listed price does NOT include any packaging/skidding fees. The packing fee and shipping fees vary depending on the item size, weight, and the location of the buyer.

Machinery & Tooling Payment Terms:
Payment must be received in full before shipping. Cash, wire transfers, or company checks are welcome and encouraged.
Conditions Of Sale:
Unless sold “AS IS”, Ener-G Machinery, llc. will accept within 30 days from shipment any machinery and equipment sold with return privilege, freight prepaid, for refund. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges. This guarantee applies only to machines, which we own. The machine must be returned in the same condition that it left Ener-G Machinery’s warehouse.
Ener-G Machinery, llc. shall not be responsible for any damages done by truckers, riggers, or other parties. Machines damaged in shipping are not covered under the return privilege. Ener-G Machinery reserves the right to void the return privilege or charge a restocking fee if purchase is made without physical inspection by buyer or their representative. Any machine sold “AS IS” means there is no warranty, guarantee, or return privilege. All “AS IS” sales are final, no refunds.
